CLINICAL SERVICES CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY.

Service Refunds:

Wellness consultation appointments must be paid for in advance. Refunds for packages are not permitted except under extenuating circumstances and must be accompanied by a written email explanation. Email must be received 7 days prior to the first consultation to receive a refund minus a $20.00 admin fee. Termination after the first consultation will receive a refund minus a $70.00 appointment fee and $20.00 admin fee (total of $90.00). Refunds are not available after the second consultation or after 90 days if a second appointment was not made.

Cancellations and No Show Appointments:

A booked appointment means I have set time aside in my schedule for you. I'm happy to reschedule appointments at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time. If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours prior or if you do not show up, you agree to forfeit one consultation booking. No refunds or rescheduling for that missed appointment will be available. Failure to show up to a Free Herbal Clinic appointment will disqualify you from future participation in the free clinic.

Credit Expiry:

All appointment credits purchased, whether part of a package or standalone, must be scheduled and used within one year of purchase.

PRODUCT REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY.

Customized herbal blends, such as teas, tinctures, or encapsulations, are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

If an item arrives in a damaged condition, please email me immediately with photos of the damage. I will replace products that have arrived damaged only as a result of my own negligence or packaging error. If damage is due to postal carrier mishandling, please file a claim directly with the postal carrier.

To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased within the last 30 days and be unopened and in its original packaging. Packaging must be free from damage by purchaser or postal carrier.

Before returning any product, please email me at kristy@verityherbsandwellness.com. You will be given an address to send the product to in its original packing. When your item has been received, you will be issued a refund via the original payment method. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping both to and from Verity Herbs and Wellness.
