The free clinic is held once a month. If you would like to sign up, please fill out my contact form or email me at kristy@verityherbsandwellness.com and let me know which dates you are able to attend. Appointments must be booked at least two weeks prior to the clinic date. If the dates you choose are not available, I will add you to a waitlist and you will be notified if there is a cancellation. Otherwise, we’ll confirm a date and time and I’ll give you access to my clinical forms.

Clinical forms must be filled out at least one week before your appointment date in order to keep the appointment. If forms are not completed on time, the appointment will be rescheduled. 

Our initial consultation will last about 90 minutes. We’ll discuss your wellness story and goals- your journey, to date, and where you'd like to head, moving forward. I’ll lend a compassionate ear and take many notes as we speak about your history and any obstacles you’ve been experiencing. It’s the time I get to learn who you are, as a person.

At the conclusion of our meeting, I will provide you with a wellness plan which may include a customized herbal blend, as well as nutritional and lifestyle suggestions. Participants in the free clinic receive a 25% discount for herbs and supplements obtained through me, though this is not required for our work together. I can also direct you to quality sources, if you’d prefer to purchase them yourself.

Your free clinic enrollment includes one free 60-minute follow-up, which will be scheduled at the conclusion of our initial appointment. This gives us a chance to check in and see what is and is not working, as well as see where you’re at regarding your goals. The plan is to give you the tools to forge onward on your path to wellness as your own expert.

Failure to show up for your appointment at the scheduled time will disqualify you from future service with the free clinic, as this takes time away from others who may need it. If you need to reschedule, e-mail me at kristy@verityherbsandwellness.com.
